Gizmodo discovered images of the next-generation iPhone mockup in a case listing on a Chinese accessory manufacturer's site.
The case is of course meant for the rumored 'iPhone 5' with a taller display, proper holes for the smaller 19-pin dock connector and the relocated headphone jack.
While Gizmodo speculates that this could indeed be a genuine prototype that slipped out of a factory in China, MacRumors believes that there's a higher chance of this being an accurate looking physical mockup rather than an actual prototype.

Since a lot of money rides on being out there with a variety of cases on launch-day, case manufacturers take risks and start manufacturing cases based on unofficial schematics obtained via their sources. While that could translate into a huge lead over competitors and high revenues, it could also backfire in case Apple chooses to tinker with its designs at the last moment.
