Last week, we reported that a UK Judge ruled that Samsung's Galaxy tab did not infringe on Apple's iPad as "it's not as cool" as Apple's product.
While the judge took a dig at Samsung, it looks like the ruling was more adverse for Apple as Bloomberg (via Business Insider) now reports that the judge wants Apple to publicly acknowledge that Samsung didn't copy the iPad.
Apple must leave that notice up on its website for the next six months.
A judge has ordered Apple to post a notice on its website and in British newspapers highlighting a recent ruling that Samsung didn't copy the iPad.
We expect Apple to appeal the ruling as it seems quite ridiculous to expect the company to post a notice on its website about Samsung not copying the iPad.
